Introduction

This course will educate and train the team member on managing returns and refunds for customer orders. Following completion of this training the team member should:

1. Understand and know how to apply Bunker's return policy
2. Know how to perform return operations from the Point of Sale module
3. Know how to perform return operations from a Sales Order

Returns and refunds being performed correctly is crucial to both the level of service we provide to our customers and to Bunker operations.
